Chocolate Pizza

This is another super yummy recipe from Kids Cook! cookbook.

Of course, they needed to wear their Tinkerbell costumes to cook.
Ingredients:
Crust
1 egg
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Chocolate frosting (my favorite part)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup M&Ms

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pizza pan (or skillet, in my case.)
Mix egg, brown sugar, granulated sugar and stick of butter and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda to sugar mixture.
Spread dough in greased pan with spoon or your hands.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips, 2 Tablespoons butter and milk in saucepan. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off the burner.
Add powdered sugar to chocolate mixture. Stir until smooth and shiny.
Spread on cool crust and sprinkle with candy.

Mmmmmm...

Love it! I like that you put that low table in there so the girls could work. Looks delicious.
