Easier-To-Eat Caramel Apple Dessert


I was so glad when I saw apple dip arrive in the stores a few years back. Finally, an easier way to eat this caramely, incredibly ingenius concoction.
I left the skin on, because it's got lots of fiber and it's such a beautiful color. I chopped up the apples into bite-size pieces...
And put a dollop of caramel over the apples with a sprinkling of chocolate chips on top.
Ridiculously simple and seriously delicious!

I love how you have 3 bowls ready to dig into! I assume you joined in on the snack time with the girls. =) That is exactly what I would do. YUM!
