Binder Clips for Freshness

This blog is all about family togetherness. And what spoils family togetherness quicker than stale kettle corn? ummm...Probably a lot of things.

Anyway, to ensure our movie nights are full of crisp, fresh popcorn, I keep a container of binder clips on the kitchen counter to seal up open packages. We use clips to close up cereal, chips, pancake mix.... So handy

Cute, I've been using clothes pins too. Now what we all probably want to know is...is chapter 7 coming soon? :)

I use clothespins as well. They're just as inexpensive and they do the job well.
But, I think a binder clip has a little tighter fit.

I do the same thing as well. I seem to have a ton of them since I am a teacher. I also put magnets on the backs of them to clip things on the fridge.

I {heart} binder clips! I use them for all my homeschool stuff, but had never thought to use them for chips and such. You're the smartest girl ever!

I've got your chicken noodle soup on the stove right now...it smells so yummy! It's freezing here today and sounded so yummy!

I use them too! You are right they are sOOO useful and much more economical than the "real" bag clips that cost a fortune and then break...

Too funny! I use these as well and was just thinking it was the sort of tip to post on-line!

I love Lucky Me's tip of making them magnetic. I'll try that soon!

I am so happy you made this simple post! I received two packs of these clips, in cool colors, for Christmas because my sister's husband works at Office Depot. I had do clue what I was going to do with them! The only other idea I had was to use them from a craft I think was yours! :) Thanks so much!
