My Mama's Chicken Noodle Soup

This is the family recipe in my family. The most delicious chicken noodle soup in the world. We've eaten it twice this winter season, and I'm planning to make it at least one more time. Mmmmmm...
Ingredients:

6 chicken breasts
2 large cans chicken broth
2 medium onions -chopped
1 bunch carrots -sliced
1 bunch celery -chopped
1 package pasta
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp season salt
2 tsp crushed thyme
2 tsp crushed rosemary
4 bay leaves (remove before serving)
sour cream

Boil chicken breasts in chicken broth with onions for one hour.
Remove chicken and SAVE broth. Cut or shred the chicken into small pieces.
Add chicken, vegetables and spices to broth.
Cook for one more hour.
Add noodles and cook 10 more minutes.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.

Enjoy!

This looks really yummy and easy, which is why I will make it tonight for dinner! Thanks for the recipe! I was just wondering, when you say large can of broth - how large is large? I have the cartons, so I am trying to figure out the equivalent? Thanks again!
