Do any of you have picky eaters like my girls?
Shelly over at Through a Mother's Eye came up with this brilliant idea for a Tasty, Tasty Club. For every new food her daughter tries she gets a hole punch in her Tasty, Tasty Club card. When she fills up her card they pick something special to do together.
I love, love her idea. I made these Tasty, Tasty Club cards to be printed out and kept on the refrigerator or in my wallet for when we eat out.

cute and clever - Love it!
Hi! I just came upon your blog and am loving it!
I have a SUPER picky 4 yr old and can't wait to implement this into our routine, thanks for passing along the idea.
that is so cute! i've totally been thinking we need to encourage matty to try some new foods. xo
I am so doing this! I'm sick of my three 4 year olds just looking at food and saying that don't like it.
brilliant!!! thanks for sharing this fantastic idea!
What a fun idea! It's interesting, kid #1 would be so motivated by this while kid #2 would totally go against it just to take advantage of the opportunity to disagree. Wonder where he gets that one (heh heh)!

I can't wait to start using this asap!!! Thank you for sharing :)
What a fun idea. Your mind is busy all the time coming up with these great ideas. Thanks for sharing.
I just love the card you made!!
i love, love, love this idea! at age 3, my little man is too young for this, but i will keep this idea in my pocket for future use.
Awesome idea! I have good eaters, for the most part but this is such a great idea. I posted a link to this post on Twitter.
Wonderful idea! Thanks for sharing this. Will sure give it a try!
Ok. Why didn't I think of this? Brilliant. I will share on my blog, too!
Thanks.
I printed this out and am using it with my very picky almost 4 year old. He is loving it- trying at least one new food everyday and is so proud of himself. You are a life saver! Thanks for the great idea.
When my son was two I made a head of a caterpillar based on "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" and several plain green circles. Whenever he tried a new food, I wrote it on a green circle and added a new body part to the caterpillar. This was something I put on the wall in the kitchen so he sees it every day. However, I never had any kind of reward after so many circles and the enthusiasm quickly waned. I like your idea. Thanks!
This has been so great for my girls! We love the cards and they are eating so well now. Thank you!
I have a very picky 4 year old and can not wait to try this!
Thanks!
