Fresh Bread with Goat Cheese and Bruschetta

Matt made this bruschetta for me when we were dating. I was very impressed. It's delicious, simple, fresh, and healthy. Really, what more could you ask for in a recipe or a man?

Ingredients:

Fresh bakery bread-sliced (ours was whole grain)
1/2 cup goat cheese
1 Tablespoon and 1 teaspoon olive oil-divided
15 cherry tomatoes-sliced
fresh basil-chopped
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper

Put 1/2 cup goat cheese and 1 Tablespoon olive oil in the microwave for 10 seconds. Mix them together and spread onto bread slices.

Gently mix cherry tomato slices, chopped basil, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Pile the bruschetta on top of the goat cheese and bread.

Mmmmm...
