Paper Plate And Clock Parts

The girls are just beginning to learn about clocks and telling time. The purpose of this activity was to help them become familiar with the twelve numbers, their location on the clock, and the short and long hands.

Materials:
Large paper plate (we picked a cute spring theme)
Numbers 1-12 and two hands (download below)
double stick tape
brad

Directions:
1. Download and cut out numbers 1-12 and two clock hands.
2. Tape 12, 3, 6, and 9 on clock first, to create correct spacing.
3. Add the rest of the numbers to the clock face.
4. Poke a small hole in the middle of the plate and the hands. Attach with the brad.
