Gallop by Rufus Butler Seder

Have you seen this book yet? It's fascinating. As you turn the pages, animals move in an incredibly realistic way, almost like a video.
The technique is called Scanimation, and it's the combination of black stripes and moving paper that creates the illusion of movement.
The rhyming text is also lots of fun, and my girls love to run around imitating the different animals.
This is a great gift for kids of all ages!

I think the scanimation books are amazing. My daughter loves to "read" this book in bed by herself after I say goodnight. We have had the books for months and my children still love them.
