I don't remember where this recipe came from, but it's one of our family favorites. It's different, healthy, and so so delicious.
Peanut sauce:
In a small sauce pan combine:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp minced garlic
Heat on medium until sugar dissolves.
Wraps:
Ingredients:
8 {10"} flour tortillas
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
12 oz. chicken breast - cut into strips
1 Tbsp. oil
1 package {4 cups} broccoli slaw
1 medium red onion - cut into thin wedges
1 tsp. ginger - grated
In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil with garlic salt and pepper.
Add broccoli, onion, and ginger to skillet.
Cook and stir 3-4 minutes.
Serve with warm tortillas and peanut sauce.

We love that recipe too!! It is in a cookbook by Better Homes and Gardens called Fresh and Simple, 20 minute Super Suppers.
Oh my! I think we'll be eating that for lunch today! Thanks for sharing. I have this Thing for peanut sauce! :)
This looks so yummy! I wish I could get my kids to try new and different things.
May have to do this on a night when it's just DH and I.
Thanks for sharing!

you just solved the mystery of what's for dinner :) can't wait to try these!
I made this recipe for a bunch of teenage/college boys and family friends this weekend and they were practically licking the pan for that sauce and could not believe I used broccoli!! In other words: HUGE HIT! Thanks for posting this, I so enjoy your blog.
We ate this tonight for dinner and loved it! The peanut sauce makes it! Thanks for posting it.
mm, sounds great, I'll have to try this!
We enjoy this recipe too, but skip the sugar! You really don't need it & it will save calories. We also use Ezekiel tortillas which are flour-free & high fiber...so much better for you than the "white" ones!
I've had this recipe bookmarked for a couple of months, but I finally made it tonight! Fantastic and EASY! And I'm vegetarian, so I made it with Morningstar's Chicken Strips Meal Starters. Really loved it, thanks for the post.
