Counting Colors by Roger Priddy

This book is a-maaa-zing! It is full of beautiful images, each page exploding with color. Learning about colors, vocabulary, and counting occurs in a natural, fun way with the turning of each exciting page.

Definitely a long-time favorite in the land of flipflops and applesauce.

Your love for reading and creativity is right up my alley! My girls and I just l-o-v-e a good book. I recently found your blog, and now I'm thrilled! And I must mention, your girls are beautiful!

ps... A technical question; how do you get your pics to post like that? I love the collage format, but don't know how to make it work. Thanks! :)

We have so many of the same books! This is a favorite for sharing (since you can collaborate) and for pre-readers on long car trips (thanks to all of the beautiful pictures!)

Thanks for sharing :)

This looks like another great book!! We just found Gallop last weekend and our youngest is loving it. We have packed it for baseball games, soccer games and even church!!

Thanks for the tips!! We love your book finds!

Oh - and the new Llama Llama book is ok. No use of "Llama Drama" in this one - but still very sweet. Just love those!

Oh what a wonderful book! I just found this last week at Marshalls for $5.99. I bought it for my DD who is one b/c of the vibrant colors and photos but my 4 year old sits down with it for at least an hour everyday finding all of the treasures! I love a book that both of my kids learn from and enjoy.
