Custom Canvas Tote Craft

The kids made these darling personalized tote bags at Grandma Gale's Cousins Camp. (My mom's summer tradition.) They all turned out darling and were just perfect for stashing their t-shirts and prizes throughout the day.

Materials:
canvas tote bag
spongy paintbrush
acrylic paint
alphabet stickers

Directions:
1. Apply child's name to front of tote with alphabet stickers.
2. Make sure stickers are firmly pressed on all edges.
3. Dab paint straight down onto the top of the stickers and the surrounding area.
4. Let paint dry completely.
5. Peel off alphabet stickers.

Oh how fun and what a cute idea! As a matter of fact, I have canvas totes here that I am going to have the kids in our playgroup paint in a couple of weeks. I am definitely going to buy some letter stickers now!

Thanks Chrissie, you have some great ideas!
